Karma in Islamic View
What Is karma? Karma is understood as the recompense of actions in the present. If according to Buddhism, karma is the law of cause and effect, what you are doing right now will have an effect or have an effect. Often karma is understood as a negative thing, when you do something unpleasant, there will be a reward. It's not completely wrong, but it's not 100% right either. Like its basic meaning, karma is the result of actions. When you do evil, there will be consequences for you to accept from your evil actions, which are usually unpleasant. However, when you do good, there are also things that you will receive, as a result of your good deeds.
However, in Islam there is no term karma. In Islam, what we get now cannot be seen as karma from actions in the past. Because, it is unseen or only Allah SWT knows. For example, if a person is hit by a very serious disaster, one cannot immediately assume that it is karma for an action he or she has committed. The reason is, it could be that it is a test given by Allah SWT. Therefore, it can be said that the law of cause and effect is supernatural and only Allah knows best. Guessing about the unseen is actually a big sin of shirk.
Islamic teachings also recognize the doctrine of cause and effect like karma. Islam teaches that good deeds will result in good and bad behavior will result in bad too. The consequences of human actions can sometimes even be felt in the world while still alive, even though it is actually a divine secret. This is certainly similar to karma. Thus, many believe that the majority of the rewards for our actions in this world will occur in the afterlife, in the afterlife and after the end of the world.
There is a quote from Buya Yahya, he said "We have the belief that there is hell and heaven, those who do good will get heaven and those who do bad will get Allah's hell. We also believe in Allah's forgiveness but we don't need to talk in terms of karma because there is no term karma, because this is a special term with their beliefs. Let's just let our brothers who have other religions believe it, that's their business. We also do not denounce other people's religious affairs. We are talking about the religion of Islam. There is no term karma. We commit sins that God can forgive us, we make mistakes and apologize and are forgiven. There is no karma, there is only a reward from Allah SWT. So, don't focus on karma, because you should focus more on doing good.

Anglo Fried Rice
Fried rice is a food that is loved by many people, both children and adults. Easy to make if you want to cook yourself, while being lazy can be found by the roadside at night. Well, it turns out that the city of Kediri has fried rice that is typical of the area, namely anglo fried rice. Anglo fried rice is actually similar to fried rice in general. Likewise with the spices, there is almost no difference with ordinary fried rice. It's just the way of cooking it that makes it different. The anglo fried rice itself can be a reference for culinary hunters who are stopping in the city of Kediri, East Java. One of the culinary menus that can only be enjoyed at night is quite a pity to miss. Anglo fried rice can be found easily in the Kediri area with varying prices.
The way to cook it is to use a stove-like stove made of clay or terracotta. The resulting fire comes from burning charcoal as the main burner. The combination of charcoal and anglo is what creates an unusual taste sensation. The aroma of the fried rice is getting stronger with a taste that is no less delicious. Another thing that differs is the amount of cooking. Anglo fried rice is generally only one serving at a time. That is, regardless of the number of servings ordered, frying is also done one by one. Cuss who want to try it can go directly to the city of Kediri.

Butterfly Pea Flower (Telang Flower)
The telang plant or Clitoria ternatea, usually known as a vine
that can be found in gardens or grows wild, is one of the plants that is unique and popular because of its beautiful blue color. However, lately it has become widely known to the public as one of the herbal plants that are efficacious for the health of the body. The part of the telang plant that is used for consumption as herbal ingredients is the flower part. People usually consume telang flowers in the form of telang tea. Telang tea is made by brewing dried telang flowers in hot water. The taste tends to be bland or slightly sour. This Asian flower is often touted as having benefits for health and the diet cycle. Even in recent years, this plant has also been studied because it contains antioxidants in it. Several studies also mention that the telang flower plays an important role in healthy skin and hair, and can help lose weight and lower blood sugar levels because of its nutritional content. Telang flowers are rich in anthocyanin compounds called ternatin, which give the flowers their blue color. In one study, this ternatin was shown to reduce inflammation and prevent the growth of cancer cells.
Behind the row of benefits, there are several reports that say that telang flower has side effects, namely it can cause nausea, stomach pain, and diarrhea. However, there is no research to support this. However, if you have certain health conditions or are currently undergoing treatment, you should first discuss with your doctor before drinking telang flower extract or other herbal products.

Rewang Tradition
Rewang
is a tradition of helping each other in Javanese customs when there is a
celebration whether it's a wedding, circumcision, and other events. Rewang
itself can also be called a mutual cooperation activity (gotong royong). Until
now, the tradition of gotong royong is still attached to social life in the
country since the first. The Rewang tradition is a term from the Javanese
community in an activity that involves both women and men. Gotong royong is
done to support the success of a large celebration event such as a wedding or
circumcision. As one of the cultural heritages, this tradition is passed on
from generation to generation, especially in villages that still quite uphold
social values. Uniquely, the success of this celebration depends on the hard
work of the women. Because they have to prepare hundreds of dishes (depending
on the crowd) in the back (kitchen) for the people involved. In Javanese, the
workers in the back (kitchen) are called by the name 'wong pawon'. In the
Rewang tradition, usually the women have started working in the kitchen
preparing the needs of the event since the early hours of the morning. The
tasks performed by women in this tradition are different. There are those who
prepare, take care of the ingredients for the celebration, cook in the kitchen,
wrap the delivery, wash the dishes and so on that are still related to the
implementation of the event.
They
work for free and even their work is rarely known and recognized by the public.
Therefore, this tradition does not only discuss women who work in the kitchen
but also how they struggle and sacrifice for each other. Amazingly, the Rewang
tradition can build community initiatives and participation on a voluntary
basis, both in social and political life. The contribution of women in rewang
certainly has an impact on society. So, their sacrifice is something that must
be appreciated.

Zero
O'Clock is a song from the album Map of The Soul: 7 which was released on
February 21, 2020. This song is composed by the boy group BTS, sung by the vocal team namely Jungkook, V, Jimin and Jin.
Surely, we have experienced days
where you are confused to interpret what really happened in the days that have
passed. It's like there's something inside that has been silent for a long time
but can never be expressed because it's really hard. In short, it all makes no
sense and that feels just tiring. Apart from that, we can still get through
that tough day and it turns out that it can be passed too. Because it's been a
tough day, we also need to entertain ourselves in the form of self-healing. One
of my self-healing ways that is easy and doesn't require a lot of budget, is
listening to songs.
This
time I will tell a little about the song 00:00 (zero 0'clock). This song has a
mellow genre, with soft music and slightly sentimental lyrics. When listening
to the song we will be carried away in the atmosphere of the song. In the song
there are lyrics that are really real about the life we have lived. "We
certainly know those days, the days when you feel sad for no reason" We as
humans have certainly gone through days where we suddenly felt sad for no
reason, or because of too many reasons, we don't know which one is for sure.
"Day when your body feels heavy, and everyone but you seems to be busy
having a tough day" days when it seems as if the world and other people
are running, and busy struggling, but you yourself feel as if you can't even
stand still to support yourself, even though you seem to have been left behind.
I hate this whole world." "Will there be something different?
Maybe not but at least, today has ended" Yes indeed everything that begins
in this world must have an end. So are hard days. After everything is past, you
will realize that it turns out you can get through it. No matter how hard it
is, it will pass. There's no guarantee that everything will change quickly, but
at least you'll get through that tough day. And when you try to deal with
everything one by one, you will get used to it and maybe there will be a
change. "When the hour hand shows the minutes and seconds that come
together, the world holds its breath for a moment, Zero O'clock."
Midnight
arrives, this means we have to prepare for a new life and start over. Inhale, as
if everything was beginning and new again. It feels very natural that
sometimes we feel this way, feeling happy, feeling sad, it's all human nature
and it can be concluded that this is all often felt by young people, especially
those who say it's all a process of maturation. However, our life is also not
always fine. Sometimes it's okay to feel bad. Don't forget to always forgive
yourself and appreciate the struggle you were able to get to the point you are
now, Thank you for being strong and surviving this far. And in the end we will
all be happy, it's all just a matter of time. Then your time will also come. Everything
hurts, but Everything goes. Life goes on, let's live on. HWITING!

"Gethuk" One of Tradisional Food
Do you
like traditional cakes or food? In the market there are usually a lot of
traditional food sellers, one of which is getuk. Getuk is a snack made from
cassava. This food is also famous on the island of Java and getuk itself comes
from the Magelang area of Central Java. In general, gethuk has a sweet and
savory taste. In addition, the food has a colorful appearance so it is
beautiful to look at and has a soft texture. This food is also liked by various
groups ranging from small children to adults. Gethuk itself has a short
philosophy. Foods made from cassava as basic ingredients have the meaning of
simplicity. This snack provides a lesson about gratitude for what God has
given. In addition, through food we are asked to continue to innovate so that
this simple food can be attractive and have a high selling value.
The
origin of gethuk itself dates back to the Japanese colonial era. There are some
opinions saying that at that time the staple food, namely rice, was very rare,
so that the Javanese population, precisely Magelang, used cassava as the main
food ingredient to replace rice. One day, a resident in Karet Magelang village,
named Ali Mohtar, tried the idea of making food made from cassava. He made
steamed cassava then mashed it with brown sugar and created gethuk lindri. At
that time the manufacture of gethuk was still manual, namely by pounding it in
a mortar. Furthermore, Mbah Ali succeeded in making a cassava grinder that
could make large quantities of gethuk in a faster time in 1985. After Ms. Ali
died the business was continued by her children and grandchildren.
The
process of making gethuk is not too difficult and can be made by anyone with
raw materials that are quite easy to obtain. Along with the times, the
preparations and forms of gethuk are already very diverse. Gethuk itself can be
used for dishes in every event or for souvenirs.

A Brief History of the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW
Prophet Muhammad's birthday is one of the important moments celebrated by Muslims around the world. Understanding the brief history of Prophet Muhammad's birthday is very important to grow a sense of love for the last Prophet. The birthday of the Prophet Muhammad is a commemoration that has been done by Muslims as a form of honoring the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. As a form of love for the Prophet who has the title of Al Amin, we as Muslims not only emulate him, but also need to understand the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birth itself.
In various excerpts from Islamic history, the Prophet's birthday is a commemoration of the birth of the most noble human being who was born in the middle of the Bani Hashim family in Mecca. Exactly on Monday, 12 Rabiul Awal in the Year of the Elephant. Some scholars think this coincides with the 20th or 22nd of April in the year 571 AD. His Majesty's birth coincided with the event of the elephant army attacking the Kaaba or Amul Fiil in the year 571 of the Roman calendar. Prophet Muhammad was born to a mother named Aminah and a father named Abdullah. This is the day of his birth that is still remembered by Muslims. There are many traditions that are done to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet, such as reading sholawat, reciting the Qur'an, fasting, giving alms, and others. For Muslims, commemorating it because there are many lessons that can be taken from the celebration. One of the wisdoms of implementing the Prophet's birthday is including momentum in re-establishing love for him, as well as following all his teachings. Loving Prophet Muhammad SAW is the same as loving Allah SWT. That has been explained in the meaning of Surah Ali Imran verse 31. As well as purpose commemorating Prophet is lil uswah, which is to emphasize the belief that the Prophet Muhammad is a role model for all Muslims. Where Prophet Muhammad is the only messenger of God who spreads and guides Muslims to implement God's commands and teachings.

WHALIEN 52Hz
Who
is the loneliest creature in the world? An ant separated from his flock or a
child lost in the crowd? The loneliest creature in the world is a male whale
who lives alone in isolation from the vast marine world. or can be called
"The Loneliest 52Hz whale".
This
phenomenon is an abnormal case where researchers found a male whale living
alone in the middle of the ocean in the Pacific Ocean. As is known, whales are
large mammals that always live with their fellow species. This large group
usually consists of 6 to 10 whales that will migrate each year according to the
changing seasons. Researchers almost never find whales that live in the ocean
without flocking for a long time. This rare case was first discovered in 1989.
Reported by the Washington Post page in January 2017, this lonely whale was
first discovered by marine biota researcher Dr. William Watkins of the
Oceanographic Institution Woods Hole.
The sound of individual male whales is
detected which is of a higher frequency than the normal migrating whales like
this whale. A regular blue whale is heard at 10-39Hz and a fin whale at 20Hz.
Whale 52 was detected to sound at a frequency of 52Hz, therefore he was called
Whale 52. Whale 52 allegedly cannot hear the calls of other whales and conversely
other whales cannot hear the voice of Whale 52. All his life he lived alone
without being able to hear and be heard by his own species. Starting in 2014,
the Whale 52 is heard almost every year. Because of its deplorable condition,
society made the Whale 52 an icon from exile. How he feels alienated from his
own world because he is different from others and lives his own life because of
his limitations.
With
a sad story, a boy group called BTS made a song inspired by the life of Whale
52 as a metaphor for the alienation from others that teenagers often feel.
Through the lyrics “I am heading towards my future. That blue beach and believe
in my hertz," BTS said it's okay to be different from the others and
continue to believe in your voice and how everyone is different but unique in
the end.

The Importance of Knowing Yourself
Why is it important to know yourself?
The process of knowing ourselves is the most basic thing that we must continue to do in life. Besides that, knowing ourselves can tell, ohh what we are like.... What are the things we don't like or like, and that's all so that we know what strengths in ourselves can be released when facing problems or when we are vulnerable... In the end we will more easily accept ourselves. Knowing yourself will also make us less jealous of the achievements of others. Because we all know that everyone has different characteristics. We will also understand that everyone will shine in their own place. If we can position ourselves, all of that can make us happier, content with the life we are living right now.
So what will happen if we don't know ourselves? This self will be more vulnerable when faced with problems. The heart will be more volatile and the emotions will be unstable, and so on. Well, these problems can be avoided by knowing yourself.
If there is a point where you start to lose your identity or don't recognize yourself and feel tired of the circumstances around you, it's okay to be silent for a moment. Next, do small things to yourself such as doing hobbies that we think are fun or by eating to get back in the mood again.
Then, the points that can be taken from this writing to get to know yourself more deeply are; Personality in different contexts, Strengths and weaknesses in order to better understand what must be developed and overcome weaknesses in order to avoid unwanted situations, Values adopted, Your body (Must be fair to your body, for example you are too ambitious but neglect your health) Ambition must be appropriate with the condition of the body, and lastly Know your life goals or priorities (because the world is constantly evolving and the process of self-knowledge must be carried out every day, for example by self journaling or writing down everything that is on your mind and then analyzing it)

SELF REWARD
Have you ever felt
that productivity has decreased lately? If so, maybe you need self-reward.
In line with giving some motivation, giving self reward to yourself will
also increase productivity. Imagine when you reward yourself by going on
vacation, shopping, playing a game or enjoying your favorite food or snack
while watching your favorite series at home. It's definitely a fun activity.
Rewarding yourself with things you enjoy is one way to reduce stress. When
stress is reduced, mental health can be better. Therefore, by trying to provide
self-reward in the form of doing things that you enjoy. Can be a good
moment to rest physically and mentally.
Self-reward doesn't always have to be done
when you've just achieved something big in your life. You can also do it when
you have a good day, for example, when you get praise for what you have
achieved or when you get a good score on an exam, and so on. In addition, self-reward
also does not have to be done lavishly or at a high cost. The most
important thing is that self-rewarding can make you happier. When you give
appreciation to yourself, it will cause feelings of happiness. This feeling can
increase your motivation. Whether it's in matters of work, education or
anything else. So that the pressure that is obtained during the activity can
turn into a spirit to be able to finish it quickly.
